Terms and Conditions

  • For any enquiry regarding the status of the gadget, please quote the ticket no and date in all cases
  • The original of this work order is given to customer as a receipt for your gadget.
  • For spare parts estimated up to the mentioned charges no prior approval from customer will be sought. Entrusting the equipment for repair by this work order will itself mean approval of estimate for spare parts up to limit mentioned. The estimate for repair/ replacement will be informed to the customer over phone once it is inspected.
  • Company will not take any type of responsibility for backup/ data / storage of the gadget at any circumstances without a prior intimation against written on separates format (Request for the same while depositing the gadget.)
  • Our estimated charges are only approximate based on initial inspection carried out. If during the process of repairs, additional spares are found necessary that will be charged extra. No fresh approval will be such additional spare parts used up to 20% in excess of the estimate.
  • Delivery of the gadget after completion of the jobs is subject to availability of spares. If the equipment cannot be repaired due to non availability of spares, that will be returned to the customer in current condition after charging the inspection charges.
  • For the electronic gadget there may be chances of dead state/any unforeseen damage like Scratch,Crack,Breaking,Burning,etc during the service process, the risk for the same should be taken solely by the customer and it cannot be informed priorly.
  • The gadget is received on request of customer only. The customer should take all the risk for the loss and hardship happening during the service process and we will not take any responsibility at all.
  • Our responsibility is limited to service of this equipment only. We are not responsible for consequential damage arising from delay in non-repairs of the equipment.
  • The equipment has been accepted for service subject to internal verification. If we find the equipment have been tampered, misused or components removal, the equipment will be returned without repair and the same will be intimated to the customer within a reasonable time.
  • We here by state that we are an ISO Certified Company and not legitimated by any manufacture.
  • Accessories are accepted under owner’s risk and company is not responsible for the accessories not recorded in the receipt.
  • The material sold along with this complaint id are on special request by the customers and not necessarily of genuine, it may depends our best available one.
  • Part using for replacement/ service is not necessarily by genuine spares, and it may depends on our best available spare.
  • The equipments should be collected from us 30 days from the date of inward or should collect revised inward receipt, except warranty cases, since warranty policy is different from manufacture.
  • Guarantee/ Warranty for services will be valid for the mentioned period from the billed date in the invoice, if the invoice does not have warranty terms, which means that the serviced gadget not belongs to any type warranty or guarantee.
  • We will check only for the complaint generated during inward, any other complaint should be entered as a different case and service charge will be applicable accordingly
  • Defective parts will be returned only on special request in writing while depositing the equipment. However this shall not apply to parts or components replaced during warranty period.
  • Communications between i-tech Solutions and customer via SMS/Call to the given mobile number should be accepted as the official intimation without any complaint.(Once the estimate is approved by the customer and the gadget is repaired it cannot be changed to old condition.)
  • Disputes if any, regarding the service will be settled in kottayam jurisdiction only
