Cancellation and refund policy

  • Cancellation policy : the cancellation charges will be levied from the total quote as per the below mentioned mode
  • Before 15days of commencement: 25%
  • Between 15days- 5days of commencement : 50%
  • Between 5days-2days of commencement : 75%
  • Between 2days- commencement: no refund

  • Cancellation and refund on peak season 1-Aug to15-jan may varies
  • Air/train/bus fare will be refunded as per the providers policy
  • The time taken for the refund varies from 7 days-20 days depends on date

    • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Check in / Checkout time with the hotels are 12.00 noon and 11:00 am.
  • The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. We shall proceed with your booking once we have receive the payment from you & if we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
  • We are not holding any rooms/services. Same are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The final handover of hotel vouchers/Air tickets/Train tickets/bus tickets will be done only upon receiving 80% of total package cost
  • Hill stations/low temperature locations(below 25 degree Celsius) the vehicles and rooms will be provided with non ac only
  • The hot water facility at hotels will be on limited time depends on the hotel policy
